What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Dive St. Lawrence will refund the full cost of a charter cancelled 72 hours or more in advance. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 72 hours of departure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, personal check with ID, and cash. Please remember that your dive masters and crew work mainly for your tips.
How do I get to the boat?
The charter boat is located at boat slip #18 at Bonnie Castle Resort and Marina, 35 Holland Street, Alexanadria Bay, NY. Click here for directions, maps, parking information.
Is there any dangerous aquatic life in the river?
The Saint Lawrence is home to a wide array of underwater life, dozens of fish species, crawfish, sponges, zebra mussels, and eels. Nothing you will encounter is dangerous or aggressive in any way.
I'm new to diving/diving in the river/diving on wrecks; can I get a guide to show me around?
You may hire one of our dive masters to guide you if anything about the river diving experience is new to you, or if just want someone to help you make the most of your time underwater. Call for current rates.
